Stress is considered to be at the root of 99% of all disease. While most people think mental/emotional stress as the sole cause of stress, the truth is, stress comes in many forms. 

Although psychological stress is one of the most dominant in our world today, stress can manifest physiologically as well.   1. Gently warm your milk; careful not to boil.
  2. Add warmed milk to blender.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, one at a time.
